Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/legal heirs of original claimants. Mr. Bhange, learned AGP for the nonapplicant/acquiring body at length. 2.

By the present application, the applicants/claimants prayed for permission to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the non-applicants/acquiring body in lieu of acquisition of land as per judgment and award dated 30.06.2010.

Since the land of the present applicants/claimants have been acquired by the acquiring body for the public project and the appropriate compensation has been granted in the L.A.R., which have

924-ca-1252-24 been deposited by the acquiring body, therefore, it would be just and proper to permit the present applicants to withdraw the amount of 50% on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety of the deposited amount to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount accordingly.
