By the present application, prayer for transfer of record and proceedings of Arbitration Appeal No.8/2010, to the learned sole Arbitrator appointed in the appeal by order dated 21.10.2021, is sought. Since the learned Arbitrator has faced difficulty on account of non availability of record and proceedings, I deem it expedient to grant the said application in terms of prayer clause "B". The record and proceedings on the file of this Court in Arbitration Appeal No.8/2010 be transmitted forthwith to the District Court and the District Court shall transmit the same to the learned sole khs/Jan.2022/127
