After this matter was heard briefly, the learned Advocate for the respondent submits that an Arbitrator can be appointed. Both the parties are agreeable to suggest the name of Dr.Shri Yashwant G.Chaware as the Arbitrator, since the matter pertains to Nanded district.

In view of the above, Dr.Shri Yashwant G.Chaware, who is on the list of panel of Arbitrators of this court, is appointed as an Arbitrator. This application is, accordingly, allowed. 3.

The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- as khs/Feb.2020/16-d

- 2 - processing charges within 2 weeks from today and the office shall process the papers to the learned Arbitrator. Both the parties shall equally bear the payment of charges of the learned Arbitrator. ( Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.) khs/Feb.2020/16-d
