The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely seeking direction to the District Superintendent of Land Records, Osmanabad/Respondent No. 2 to take appropriate steps as per the directions of the Deputy Director of Land Records, Aurangabad /Respondent No.1 under his communication dated 27-08-2019. We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 2 to take appropriate decision pursuant to the communication dated 27-08-2019 addressed to the petitioner and copy of it is marked to his office, as early as possible and in any case within a period of twelve weeks from today.
