These applications are filed pursuant to registration of FIR at C.R. No. 0205 of 2023 with Neknoor Police Station, District-Beed for offences punishable under sections 406, 409, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3 and 4 of of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act.
