This application is filed by the original claimants for condonation of delay caused in filing cross-objection. 3.

Since the application is by the original claimants and for the reasons recorded in the application, the civil application stands allowed. The delay of 4509 days caused in filing cross-objection in first appeal, stands condoned. It is made clear that in case crossobjection is allowed and amount of compensation is enhanced, the applicants shall not be entitled for interest on such amount for a period of delay.
