DATE : OCTOBER 25, 2023 ORDER (Per R.M. JOSHI, J.) :- This application is filed for relaxation of condition of bail granted by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2022 passed in Criminal Application No.2914 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.724 of 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail and is unable to furnish the surety, as directed by this Court.

Non-furnishing of surety, as directed by this court, for a period of about one year itself, is a sufficient ground for relaxation of

Cr.Appln.no.3831 the condition. Hence, clause no.(ii) of the operative order dated 20.10.2022 is modified as under:- (ii) Pending the appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed by the trial Court is suspended. The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand).

Rest of the order to stand unaltered.
