ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 32 days caused in filing the application for restoration. The application is also filed for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which he refused to register the matter. In view of the submissions made and the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The order of learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. 2.
The learned counsel for applicant undertakes to remove office objections prior to 7.8.2015. If the office objections are not removed prior to that date, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
