By these applications applicant / State and its Authorities are praying for stay to the effect and operation of order of learned Reference Court by which amount of compensation came to be enhanced.

Heard learned AGP appearing for applicants. According to him enhancement is exorbitant and same is not supported by evidence on record. As against this Mr. Shinde learned Counsel appearing for non-applicants submits that award is money decree and as such cannot be stayed.

Considering the nature of enhancement, impugned

( 2 ) ca9298.14 judgment and award is stayed subject to condition that applicants should deposit entire amount under award in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today. Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
