Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the authority has decided the objection raised by the petitioner on 7th December, 2017 and the amount as per the said decision has been disbursed on 8.12.2017.

This court on 21st December, 2017, had issued notice to the

2 wp 14345.17 respondents and directed status-quo to be maintained with regard to the amount.

As the objection is already decided and amount is already disbursed, it will not be possible to pass orders in the present writ petition considering the prayers made.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps as against the order passed on his objection and with regard to the amount. No costs. 5.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application also stands disposed of.
