Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee to decide her caste claim, which is pending since 26.06.2024.

Considering the fact that, proposal is pending since 26.06.2024 with the respondent No. 2, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner on its merits and in accordance with law as
