Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant towards compensation.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that the learned SLAO has awarded Rs.1200/- per R and the same is enhanced to Rs.4500/- per R by the learned Reference Court. He also relies upon the order

930 ca.12335.24.odt dated 3rd November, 2023 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.12649 of 2023 alongwith other group matters, wherein this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court. He submits that the said applications also arise out of the same acquisition proceedings. This position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent / original appellant. Considering the above, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

I.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II.

With this, the civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
