The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No 290/2015 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Jalna, Tq. & Dist. Jalna for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 385, 341, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 33 and 34 of Bombay Money Lenders Act, 1946.

The applicant has filed affidavit that he has submitted cheques issued by the complainant in his favour to the Investigation Officer in this Court. The Investigating Officer to process appropriate documents in the matter of seizure of those cheques from the
6387.15crapln -2custody of applicant which are tendered by Counsel for the applicant in this Court.

The fact remains that there are no bonds executed by the complainant in favour of the applicant and as such, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 4.
In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No 290/2015 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Jalna, Tq. & Dist. Jalna for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 385, 341, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 33 and 34 of Bombay Money Lenders Act, 1946, upon executing P.R. bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 27th, 28th and 29th January, 2016 in between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 noon and thereafter as and when called for by the Investigating Officer. The applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of the concerned police station till filing of the charge sheet but for investigation purpose.
