PER COURT :- Heard Mr. V.S. Badakh learned counsel for the applicantclaimant and Mr. S.G. Chapalgaonkar learned counsel appearing for the respondent insurance Company.

The respondent insurance Company has deposited an amount of Rs.3 lakhs in this Court.

After having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the impugned Judgment and the grounds of objections raised in exception of the said Judgment, I deem it proper to allow the claimants to withdraw said amount of Rs.3 lakhs on submitting undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

The amount permitted to be withdrawn as above be transferred to MACT Shrirampur to facilitate its withdrawal by the claimants.
