since according to him, the Writ Petitions are pending and some other way orders may be passed therein, whereby the petitioners may not be entitled for the amount which has been deposited with this Court.

Since the amount due to the petitioners is for the services which they have already rendered, we do not find the objection of the learned Addl. G.P. sustainable. 3.
The petitions stand disposed of.
