Civil application has been moved in the light of the supervening circulars seeking 50% concession in the additional lease premium in respect of the plot obtained on lease from the CIDCO, Tauseef
912-CA.12810.2024.odt when it was pointed out that the prayer being made by way of civil application is incompatible with the main prayer, wherein, the petitioner has challenged the demand for the entire premium, the learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the civil application and instead be permitted to amend the petition.

Civil application is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
Leave granted to carry out the amendment to be effected within three weeks. The respondent shall file the comprehensive reply within three weeks thereafter.
