Delay of 35 days has caused in filing the second appeal by the appellant. The reasons which are assigned for occurrence of the delay appear to be just and sufficient. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order, -

iv) On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents. Shri Gore, learned counsel, waives service for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
