Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The first informant/accused Pavankumar Shivaji Hankare who is son of the deceased gave a confessional statement to the police, without involving anybody in the crime. However, the prosecution arraigned the applicant as accused in the crime on the basis that the applicant was present at the spot of incident. 3.
Perused the papers. Considering the allegations against the applicant, the court is of the view that the applicant has agood case for bail. Hence order.

The bail application is allowed.

The applicant Aashish s/o Manik Shinde be released on bail on executing P. R. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount in connection with Crime No. 245/2022 registered with Kaij Police Station, Tq. Kaij, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
