ORAL ORDER [PER V.K. JADHAV, J.] :

Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Applicant No.1 - husband and Respondent No.2 - wife are present before this Court. The terms of settlement are verified. Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 admit the contents of the settlement. They admit their signatures on the terms of settlement and they are duly identified by their respective counsel.

In terms of the settlement Applicant No.1 - husband and Respondent No.2 - wife decided to reside together. In view of the same, further continuation of the prosecution against the Applicants vide Crime No.46 of 2016 registered with Police Station, Parali (City), Tq-Parali (Vaijnath) Dist, Beed for an offence under Section 420, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, would be abuse of process of law.

Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
