The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the year 2015, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2. The petitioner has also filed say to the vigilance report. The validation proceeding is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.02.2022. The committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner on its own merits.
