2] Contempt is alleged of the order dated 27/8/2013 passed in Writ Petition No.3426/2013.

3] It is submitted that pursuant to the said order, the proposal for extension of age of retirement of the petitioner was forwarded and subsequently the State Government is communicated the same. 4] In light of that, though there is some delay on the part of the respondents, contempt stands purged. As far as contention of the petitioner for granting salary is concerned, the same cannot be considered in the Contempt Petition. Petitioner may take up such

5] Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
