This application is made for quashing of crime No.216 of 2014 registered with Bidkin police station, Tq. Paithan, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 466, 468, 469, 470, 471, 420 r.w. 34 of I.P.C., against the applicants and few others. It was alleged by the complainant that the applicant, at the relevant time, was working as Gram Sevak and other accused were members of the Gram Panchayat. The other accused, being members of the Gram Panchayat, passed a resolution and directed deletion of complainant's name from Gram Panchayat record as owner of certain property. The members of the Gram Panchayat filed Criminal application No. 3512 of 2015 in this Court and this court vide order dated 16.11.2015 allowed the said application,
-2holding that no case for any offence, alleged against the applicants therein (members of Gram Panchayat), could be made out and quashed the F.I.R. against them. The role of the present applicant is not different. He simply implemented the resolution of the Gram Panchayat. In fact, his role is comparatively less significant than the role attributed to the other accused.

In view of this and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 16.11.2015, we allow the present application. Crime No. No.216 of 2014 registered with Bidkin police station, Tq. Paithan, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 466, 468, 469, 470, 471, 420 r.w. 34 of I.P.C. is quashed and set aside.

Criminal application is disposed of.
