The objection notified by the office is that the address of respondent no.3D is not correctly given and, therefore, the notice issued to the respondent no.3D has been returned unserved. Thereafter the appellant has furnished the correct and detailed address of the respondent no.3D and prayed for issuing the notice on the given address. In view of above I find no difficulty to issue notice to the respondent no.3D on the address given by the appellant in Misc. application. Hence order.
