On 28.06.2023, we had passed the following order:- "1.

Ever since lodging of this petition, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners has sought adjournments on nine occasions. Even today, an adjournment is sought on the ground that a leave note has been filed.

Stand over to 05.07.2023 for passing orders." 2.

As the hearing in this matter progressed today, the learned AGP informs us, on instructions, that the appeal preferred by the Petitioners is posted for hearing on 20.07.2023. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that in several matters, this Court has passed orders directing the

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

After the hearing in the matter is concluded on 20.07.2023, the concerned Authority would pass an order within 30 days thereafter.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners assures the Court, on instructions, that no adjournment will be sought on 20.07.2023.
