The Applicant/ original Appellant prays for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing this Civil Application praying for restoration of the Second Appeal, which has been refused registration for non removal of office objections by the order of the learned Registrar dated 11.10.2017.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 16 days is condoned without imposition of costs as it is minor delay.

On the condition that the Appellant shall remove all office objections within ONE WEEK from today, the Second Appeal shall be registered and shall be listed for admission on 20.12.2017.
