The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the proposal of the petitioners has been forwarded to the Committee for verification of their tribe claim. The same is forwarded in October 2016. However, it is not being decided on the ground that petitioners are defeated in

election. The Committee be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Learned A.G.Ps. accept notice for the Respondents and submit that Committee would decide the tribe claim of the petitioners in accordance with law.

Considering the fact that validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners are pending since October 2016, the Committee shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within one (1) year. The petitioners shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
