This is an application moved for suspension of sentence or alternatively for fixing the appeal for final hearing. 2.

The accused / applicants convicted for the offence under Sections 302, 498 (A) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The earlier application for suspension of sentence has been rejected on 21st April, 2015, on merits. In light of that, the prayer for suspension of sentence can not be considered. The said prayer is rejected.

The appeal is of the year, 2015. The learned counsel submits that, applicant No. 2 is aged 65 years and is a old lady. 4.

Considering the fact that, the jail appeals of 2012 are being taken up, liberty to move after four (4) months. 5.

Criminal application disposed of.
