Mr. Shaikh learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that the appeal filed in the District Court itself is disposed of and, therefore, the present appeal from order against the interim order passed in the said appeal, has become infructuous. 2.

In view of his statement, the appeal from order is dismissed without any order as to costs.

In view of disposal of the appeal from order, Civil Application no. 1435 of 2014 seeking stay to the impugned order does not survive. The Civil Application also stands disposed of.
