The facts of the case reveal that the land was sold by the owner to the third party. However, the petitioner moved an application before the Collector for making an enquiry about registration of the sale deed.

It seems that the dispute is between the private parties. The directions prayed for does not fall within jurisdiction of this Court. An alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner. 5.

The writ petition stands dismissed. Pending civil application stands disposed of.
