In all these Civil Applications, the Petitioners pray for substituting the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad from paragraph 7 (b) and 7 (c). So also the period of sixty days may be extended from the date of this order.

The learned advocate appearing for the Zilla Parishad confirms that the directions issued under the order dated 04.09.2023, are to be complied with by the Chief Executive Officers of the respective Zilla Parishads.

In view of the above, these Civil Applications are partly allowed only to the extent of replacing the words "Deputy Director Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad" by the words "Chief Executive Officers of the respective Zilla Parishads". These corrections are to be made in paragraph nos. 7 (b) and 7 (c). The direction in 7 (d) need not be altered since it is 60 days from the date of appearance of the Petitioners before the concerned authority, which is Chief Executive Officer of the respective Zilla Parishad.
