CA/4532/2024 and CA/4553/2024 are filed for Assist to learned APP. Both applications are allowed and disposed of. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicants in ABA/1932/2024, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. The said application is dismissed as withdrawn.

In ABA/1926/2024, heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondent-State, and the learned Counsel for the Assist to APP.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0460/2024, dated 28/09/2024, registered at Degloor Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 80, 85, 108, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is apparent from the perusal of the FIR that the applicant No.1 is brother in law, applicant No.2 is father in law, applicant No.3 is sister in law of the informant. There are no allegations against them. The applicants No.2 and No.3 are also residing separately. The same has been observed by this Court in the order dated 28/10/2024 while granting interim protection to the accused/applicants. There is nothing 2 of
to show the specific role of the applicants/accused in the crime. In view of the same, the interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 28/10/2024 stands confirmed.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms : - i] In the event the applicant No.1 Shivshankar Gopalrao Khandekar, No.2 Balaji Digambar Khandekar and No.3 Sheetal Sadashiv Devkatte are arrested in connection with FIR No.0460/2024, dated 28/09/2024, registered at Degloor Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 80, 85, 108, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 7.
In the event, the applicants violates any of the conditions 3 of
specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 8.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 9.
The application stands disposed of.
