Pending petition is challenging the order of invalidation passed by the Scrutiny Committee. By way of this application applicants/petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondent No. 3/university to issue the original marks sheets of the petitioner No. 1 of the Bachelor of Engineering examination of all the four years.

The learned advocate for the applicants/petitioners submits that even in the meantime the petitioner No. 2 has also completed the education and is in need of marks sheets of all the four years as has been prayed by the petitioner No. 1. He

2 ca 11178.22 submits that the petitioners are ready for the final hearing of the writ petition. They are not claiming degree certificates and the prayer may be accepted.

The learned advocate for the petitioners also seeks leave to amend the petition so as to bring on record supervening events. Leave is granted to amend the petition. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 4.

List the petition for final disposal on 19.10.2023. 5.

In the mean time the civil application is allowed. The respondent No. 3/University shall issue the marks sheets of both the petitioners for all the years, but not the degree certificates. The civil application is disposed of.
