In the similar matters, this Court has passed an order dated 10/03/2015 granting stay subject to deposit of entire amount, which is ordered under award in question.

As such, for the reasons stated in the applications, civil applications stand allowed subject to condition that the appellant/applicant shall deposit the amount with interest as is ordered in award, which is questioned in the appeals, in this Court within period of twelve weeks from today. Failure to deposit the said amount within time stipulated, shall result in vacation of interim relief without reference to the Court.
