Mr. Bagal, the learned counsel on instructions submits that, Municipal council has passed a resolution for taking back the subject land from Agricultural Produce Market Committee.

However, the said resolution requires confirmation in regular meeting, as the said resolution was passed in the caption "urgent matter". Now the regular meeting is scheduled on 21st January, 2016.

In light of the aforesaid statement, the grievance of the petitioner now does not survive. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
