Though the petitioner made several prayers the petition is now placed only as regards prayer clause B which reads as under :- "B.

By Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in like nature the respondents be directed to decide the representation dtd. 23.08.2021 and for that purpose issue necessary order."

In view of the position that the representation is still not decided though it is pending since 2021, we direct Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation in accordance with law on its own merits. 4.
