The civil application is moved for recall of the order dated 31.10.2017, issuing bailable warrant against the applicant. 2.

The applicant Assistant Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur, is present in the Court, who also has an additional charge of Deputy Director of Education and has also tendered an affidavit thereby tendering an unconditional apology and has further stated that he was not intimated of the order passed by this court.

We accept the apology tendered by the applicant for the reasons stated therein. The order dated 31.10.2017, issuing bailable warrant against the present applicant is recalled. 4.

The civil application is disposed of.
