By this this application, the applicant desires to withdraw the amount quantified by this Court vide judgment dated 13.10.2021. The petitioner management has, as on date, not approached the Hon' ble Apex Court for challenging the said judgment. 2.

Since five months have lapsed after the pronouncement of the judgment by this Court, the Civil Application need not be kept pending since the management has not approached the Hon' ble Apex Court as on date.

In view of the above, the Civil application is allowed. 4.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,70,375/- along-with accrued interest, if any, from this Court by tendering an application duly signed and identified by the learned Advocate along-with a copy of the Pan Card, Adhar Card, recent colour photograph and the latest address proof.
