Learned advocate appearing for the applicants submits that from same acquisition many sister appeals are admitted by this Court by condoning delay. List of such appeals is given in paragraph no.3 of the application. It appears that, similar quantum of delay has been condoned by this Court. Applicants also need same treatment. Therefore, considering reasons as stated in the paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the application, case is made out to condone the delay. In the result, application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. Application is disposed of. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections.
