We had heard the matter for some time. In the morning Session, the matter was kept back in the afternoon Session, to enable Mr.Karlekar, learned A.G.P to take some instructions. 2.

In the afternoon Session, when the matter was being heard, Mr.Karlekar, learned A.G.P was instructed by the Tahsildar, Dharmabad - Mr.Shrikant Ramesh Bhujbal, who is personally present in the Court. Upon instructionsss of the Tahsildar, Dharmabad - Mr.Shrikant Ramesh Bhujbal, learned A.G.P submits that the Respondent No.2 would withdraw the impugned order of

suspension of license (Exh.J.) with liberty to initiate the process afresh. Mr.Shrikant Ramesh Bhujbal is personally present in the Court. It is stated that he is telephonically instructed by the District Magistrate i.e. Respondent No.2 to make the statement that the impugned order of suspension (Exh.J.) is withdrawn with liberty to initiate the process afresh.

In light of the aforesaid statement, Mr.Talekar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to either of parties to take such other steps as may be proposed and advised.
