Both these applications can be disposed of by this common order. We are dismissing both these applications, however, we are not

2 CriApln6401,6513/15 inclined to disturb the earlier interim protection granted to the applicants. Earlier this Court protected the applicants by passing an order that the police should not take coercive action against them. This would squarely mean that the applicants would not be arrested in this case. It is in fact an order of anticipatory-bail. We would continue this order and allow the applicants to make appropriate application seeking discharge after the charge-sheet is filed. Interim relief order preventing the police to file charge-sheet is set aside. In view of above order, both these Criminal Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
