None appears for the applicant. On the last occasion also none appeared and the matter is posted today for hearing. 2.
It reveals from the record that the applicant is facing order of eviction. His possession was protected by imposing certain conditions vide order dated 16.01.2018. By review application, he sought recalling of the order. Review application was dismissed for default vide order dated 27.03.2025. Applicant is enjoying possession without complying the orders of the Court.

It is informed by learned counsel for the respondents that he is in arrears of Rs.8,79,000/- as on today.

It is informed that saw mill which is being run by applicant at the suit premises has been closed down. The order of eviction is passed on 13.07.2017 is questioned in the revision. The respondents cannot be left to the options of the applicant. The matter cannot be adjourned for indefinite period.

Civil Revision Application is dismissed for default. 6.
Office shall not entertain any application for the restoration unless an amount of Rs.8,79,000/- is deposited in this Court. 7.
