It is pointed out that erroneously it has been observed that the elections of Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Newasa have already been concluded when it has not been. It is pointed out that this matter was listed with similar other matters and perhaps the order that was passed in other matters was incorporated herein. The order is recalled. The Writ Petition is treated as pending.

The learned advocate for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader are unanimous that by virtue of the order passed by this Court (Nagpur Bench) in Writ Petition No. 3613/2022 and other connected matters dated 05.01.2023, nothing survives in this petition and it be disposed of.
