The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is forwarded for correction of Shalarth Pranali ID and to consider the services of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher of earlier period. The same is not decided.

Mr. Sonawane, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that the Education Officer (Primary) has forwarded the said proposal to respondent No. 3 on 03.12.2021.

In case, such proposal is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
