For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that though civil application No. 2011 of 2011 was filed, this court by order dated 10.6.2011 directed that said civil application be heard alongwith the main appeal and thereafter while disposing the main appeal, said civil application No. 2011 of 2011 was not decided on merits, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". 4.
