The Application is filed for condonation of 177 days delay caused in filing revision against judgment and decree of Regular Civil Appeal No.40 of 2013 which was pending in the Court of Principal District Judge, Jalna. Both the sides are heard.

It appears that the trial Court has dismissed the suit for eviction filed under the provisions of Rent Control Act. The First appellate Court has given decree of eviction and against the decree of eviction initially writ

-:(2):- 15539 petition No.5024 of 2015 was filed. When this Court made it clear that there was substantive provision in law to challenge the decision, the present revision came to be filed. Submission was made that in view of this there is delay caused in filing the revision. This Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
