This is an application for condonation of delay of 2739 days caused in filing appeal. Perused the previous orders. Inspite of issuing notice and its service to respondent no.3 acquiring body and inspite of appearance caused by learned Advocate Mr. R. A. Tambe for respondent no.3, none appears even today when the matter was called out twice, i.e. in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session. In view of previous order, application is taken up for orders today.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 23.04.2025 in Suresh Kumar v. State of Haryana and others [Civil Appeal (Arising out of SLP(C) No.670/2020], application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. Registry to register the Appeal.
