This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.1 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe validation claim in respect of the certificate issued in favour of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed. 2.
In the meanwhile, the respondent No.2 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate. The respondent No.3 shall permit the petitioner to appear for the examination.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
