Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Leave granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that the petitioner has withdrawn the suit unconditionally. By order dated 14.12.2015, corrected on the next day, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- to show his bonafide. The petitioner has deposited the said amount before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that the amount came to be deposited in the year 2015 and the accrued interest, if any, on the said amount shall be paid to the Creche/Day Care Centre run by Advocate Bar Association, High Court, Aurangabad.

In view of the above submissions, the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- be returned to the petitioner and the entire accrued interest on the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid to the Creche/Day Care Centre run by Advocate Bar Association, High Court, Aurangabad.
