Respondent no. 4 is directed to treat the petition of petitioner as representation and in view of the enquiry report submitted by the Extension Officer (Panchayat), Panchayat Samiti, Nilanga to Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Nilanga on 15.03.2021 shall take appropriate action against the culprits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of production of this order. 4.

We expect respondent no.4 to communicate the action

taken in compliance with the aforesaid order to the petitioner. 5.
