For the reasons recorded while disposing of the aforesaid Writ Petitions, the instant Writ Petition also deserves to be allowed and the same is hereby allowed. The respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of two increments, as per the policy of the Government and in consonance with the
